traveling is one of my favorite things to do. it makes me feel alive, and like my eyes are really opened to the world around me. miami is tough for travel, because if you're going to roadtrip for the weekend you are very restricted to stay within the state since it takes about 5 + hours to hit georgia. matt and i usually settle for a 3 hour trip to cocoa beach, a cute beach town filled with small mom and pop restaurants and thrift stores. this past weekend we did just that! we brought a long board and matt re taught me to surf on the baby waves(i surfed in high school).
something about cocoa beach inspires me to wear really saturated colors. the hotel we stayed at was filled with fun color, so i tried to match :) i found these high waisted trousers last week and am so in love with the unique shade of green! more photos to come soon :)
