a sunny july 4th in coney island! i went on the wonder wheel, ate coney cones and smiled til' my cheeks hurt. there is something perfectly nostalgic about coney island, as if it was frozen in time. the pictures i took from the ferris wheel almost look like they could have been taken 40 years ago (maybe if they were a little sepia toned ;) ).
i've been saving this dress for months just for the day! i love the bright baby blue color, and of course the sweet collar detail! it felt perfectly patriotic with a little added pop of red!
