in highschool i had one "dream" and it was to live off of palmetto park road in my hometown-- the road of my favorite beach. my best friend lacey and i would sit under the pavillion at the beach for hours drawing in our sketchbooks, knitting and napping just the two of us and our silly little dreams. every time i come back to my hometown of boca raton i see little shadows of my younger self all over the place... and i remember all the happy feelings i felt growing up. well this week my dream finally came true. my parents moved to the coziest house near my favorite beach. yesterday i got to see their new house for the first time and my mom and i took a walk down memory lane. here it is... palmetto beach [ my home beach!] speaking of nostalgia, i am wearing a dress that was sent to me by my favorite designer, Betsey Johnson. i almost fainted when they e-mailed me. i was never one who was big on labels, but i have worn and followed Betsey throughout the years since i was a teenager. on special occasions my mom ALWAYS got me a betsey johnson dress! being my quirky self, i decided to wear the dress backwards and add a collar underneath! how would you wear it!?
